In the start i would tell you that i am somehow linked to smartphone repairing industries in india.
Today I thought of sharing some facts about this industry in india my main concern here is regarding the difficulties faced by a customer while having his/her mobile repaired.
Well i think in this field you dont get to see highly educated and skillful technicians as there is no recognised or certified courses available. Due to this it is not much organised.
Trust Issues: you give your phone to any local technician for repair then it usually ends up swapping your working parts with duplicate ones. The is the most common disease in this industry.
Authenticity of the repair: what is told is not done for example our phone is not turning on this can be due to many reasons may be battery not plugged in or on/off button not working but they wont tell you the real cause and will try to charge you as much as possible.
Use of aftermarket low grade spares: you pay for original but you never know what quality of spare is used which in turn does effect rhe performance of the device.
Lack of responsibility and ethical values: you get to get your phone repaired and you end up with bucnh of new issues. Those guys always forget to reassemble the phone to its original condition like leaving couple of screws, plates assisting lego connectors in place etc. I think this is due to lack of responsibility and non organised work.
I have come across one repair store in bathinda by the name iFixthat near 100 feet road, saw there work as they are highly educated and skillful professionals working very hard to overcome all these discussed problems in this industry. They have all sources to arrange original spares and even good quality aftermarket products. My experience there is all time best. You should consult them before going for any type of repair.
